- create and to develop opportunities to offer products and services related to the use of ICT in sector health in a development context (Africa and Latin America);
- increase IICD's knowledge and expertise in sector health
- to show impact of IICD's work in sector health.
In addition, building and strengthening partnerships that add value to the work of IICD, and generating funds for IICD projects and programmes.
