Who am I? I have been a broker on Hilton Head Island for 30 years. My office and home are located on Hilton Head Island. I own Hilton Head Properties and Hilton Head Properties R and R(a vacation rental company).
My market expertise includes marketing and selling properties in the Hilton Head Area. My proactive marketing programs include phone, mail and internet. We help get our properties sold for the highest possible price and faster than others.
We are also very good at helping buyers locate the right property. Often our buyers live in other areas of the country and we are proactive in finding the right property for them when they are not here to see it. It is what we do.
