I have done my MBA in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies & having 9.5 years of experience into HR. Last 8 years I am working with Mahindra First Choice Wheels (MFCW). Here I am heading HR Operations team.
In MFCW, I started my career as an individual contributor & developed myself as a Department Head. Here I got the exposure to develop all the HR processes from scratch (i.e. Recruitment, Onboarding, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Payroll management, Rewards & recognition and Exit process). Our focus is on continuously improving existing HR processes, which results into customer delights.
