I am a hard working individual and I am able to work effectively both as part of a team and on my own initiative. Additionally, I am an outgoing and charismatic person with excellent communication skills of all kinds. Confidence is something that I value highly and have built up a great deal over time, being extraverted I am not afraid of interacting with people I do not know and often get along with people well. Sporadically, I tend to feel pressured when I faced with difficult tasks and situations, but then turn that energy in to a positive influence and use the challenge as a motivation in order to success.
