-Monitor ONYX Standardizations information and data between Serenata System and Opera System in order to syncronize to and from between the Interface systems.
-Managing and cleaning suspense profiles and data in Serenata System -Update ONYX Standardizations Core Information
-Mentour and training of ONYX Standardizations
-Handle, create or update the clarify cases in Serenata
Support case, KACE system
-Handle emails and enquires to support users and Opera System.
