My responsibilities include Good Manufacturing Practices implementation, verification & validation, GMP training facilitation, GMP internal audit covering all the areas in the factory, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation for processes, daily monitoring of the cleaning and hygiene condition in and around the Plant and warehouses, monitoring of the pest activities and ensuring that any trend in pest is addressed, checking for the possibility of cross contamination in operational practices while running different products and ensuring food safety.
