A research engineer who keeps stepping out of his comfort zone in order to explore the world of engineering. Having lived in Singapore for the past 11 years with a rather exciting career in electronics packaging, this young engineer decided to challenge himself with a PhD in Silicon Photonics, halfway across the globe in Ireland. He is open to discussions on electronics materials and packaging processes as well as power electronics and rugged packaging.
