-Perform conference management including scheduling and managing both point-to-point and multipoint video teleconferencing (VTC) systems on a daily basis in Videoconferencing Network Operation Center
-Provide user technical support and administration by telephone, email or messenger including establishing and testing network connections (both ISDN/H.320 and IP/H.323) mainly in Spanish.
-Conduct audio and video checks with the VTC and telecom participants prior to conference start time to insure that all conference participants are connected to the meeting.
-Installation of video presentations, including video projectors, laptop presentations, video switches, display screens, etc...
