- Understanding of Fail-over and Load Sharing solutions.
- Network Design analysis and review.
- Documents analysis and control.
- Wireless networks design, deployments and troubleshooting. "UBNT ODU Products specialist".
- Good acknowledgement of Fortigate & Cyberoam UTM (user-based, W.F, A.F, QoS, SSL /IPsec VPN, Gateway AV and AS rules policy set).
- On-Site and remote troubleshooting, technical support and smart follow up to get request completed + client satisfactory 馃槃
