Currently in proactive support for OBIEE. Creating, maintaining, review and publishing KM notes. Monitoring of OBIEE and OBIA community forums. Lead for RDA and OCM with OBIEE. Testing of new releases. Maintenance of SR templates for BI tools.
Started in customer support for 5 years with Express range of products and then Discoverer.
Moved to reporting using a Discoverer-based system of metrics for introduction of KM system within customer support. Also involved with the review of KM content.
Moved to Oracle's internal applications support. Maintained and supported KM application as used internally and the bespoke KM tools used by customer support.
