Ian is a highly qualified engineer, with exceptional experience in the management, operation and development of existing and new Biomass power stations. Prior to joining Fichtner in 2009, Ian has been the station manager at two biomass power stations with full P&L site responsibility.
Ian has been responsible for managing technical, operational and regulatory challenges of introducing many new biomass fuels into the fuel mix.
He has developed biomass projects from pre-feasibility through to concept design, planning support, specification, tendering, and contract negotiation.
