Since 1986 I have served on the graduate and undergraduate faculties as an adjunct at the following institutions, Vincennes University, Oakland City University, Marian University, the Indiana Technology University ,the University of Indianapolis , the U. S Army Command and General Staff College, the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy , Indiana University and Purdue University. I retired in November of 2007 from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, formally known as the Indiana State Emergency Management Agency.
