Starting as a business analyst, I was introduced and trained in Lotus Notes administration starting in 1994. From running an OS/2 based Lotus 2.0 server I moved into managing, designing and troubleshooting some of the largest IBM Lotus Notes and Domino software and IBM Collaboration Solutions (ICS) installations globally across all platforms.
