Eighteen plus years of experience in IT. Seven plus years of working experience in Telecom Industry with expertise in ERP (SAP), B/OSS (CRM, Billing, Inventory, WFM, Business Processes, Receivables, Service Provisioning) and related enterprise applications. Expertise in IT Project Management, project implementations, systems’ architecture designing, and analysis. I have got more than eight different certifications: Prince2(F), TOGAF(F) 9.1, Project Management (Harvard), etc.. Prestigious certificates in SAP, Siebel CRM, Oracle, COBOL, Java and Networking, Successfully managed more than fifty local and international software projects. Delivered four enterprise projects including SAP, PCRM .
