I am an experienced professional both in R&D and IT operations. I have been working in telecommunications and mobile industry, can say decades already, most recently in corporate financial services support and service management. Prior to that I was working as a development manager and run multi-vendor development programs and worked closely with in-house and offshore subcontractors. I have global experience related to both eastern and western working cultures. I am self-organized and passionate about new things and especially interested in nurturing learning and innovation. I think lean and believe in simple processes and ways of working.
