SCHOOL BRIEF HISTORY
In 1947, a young and dedicated physician named Dr. Carlos R. Baylon, motivated by the simple yet sincere desire to serve his fellow Darague単os, founded the Immaculate Conception High Hospital with his wife Eulalia R. Baylon. Envisioned to the 1st modern facility in the locality of Daraga, the ICH hospital, catering to the needs of the less fortunate residents of Daraga, and the nearby towns.
