In-Seop Jeong, Ph.D., is a president of NBIT Research, Inc., a private consulting firm in information, nano and bio technologies, since 2009. He was a vice president of technical marketing at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, America, and a vice president and GM for BGA substrates business unit at Samsung Electro-Mechanics in Korea since 2000. He served at Samsung for 20 years until he established NBIT Research.
