The INTRON-D system can function as multiple systems, including a talk-back system, public address system, emergency annunciation system, and security/entertainment system. It offers redundancy options at both the system and component level. It has various interface capabilities that allow it to connect to devices like fire/gas detection systems and legacy paging. Installation of the INTRON-D does not require any proprietary cabling and its components are self-powered.
