Work with Loder & Wash showed how to create advertising markets that reduce spam and potentially create more value for users than even perfect filters by boosting trade in valuable information. Research with Geoff Parker helped co-invent the concept of two sided networks a theory pricing and strategy now taught in business schools worldwide.
