I firmly believe that there is always a way to get things done, you just need to find it and be committed to do it.
If you are limited by the resources at hand then you need to be more creative. Difficult challenges need more creative solutions to overcome, but it can always be surpassed.
Of course the key is to make your people believe you. There is nothing impossible when you have people who believe and support you. And I am blessed that i do not find it difficult for people to believe in me. I was one of them and i know what motivates them. In know what they want and I help them get it.
