20 years in the aviation industry, I am currently employed by Oman Air as Manager Inflight Service Training since July 2012. My current role is to manage the airline’s Inflight Service Training of Cabin Crew. I am responsible for the instructional design and implementation of training programmes for Cabin Crew making sure that service delivery initiatives, procedures and standards are incorporated into training modules/programmes.
I also manage the performance of a training team of 17 professionals which consists of a Course Designer, 6 Senior Instructors – Service Training, 7 Temporary Instructors and 3 Grooming Supervisors in order to ensure that every member of our multicultural cabi...
