My key responsibilities as below,
- Absenteeism, labor turnover & man power gap of bottom layer workforce
- Employee Induction program
- All Key HR reports & presentations
- Employee visits
- Provide day to day advice to line representatives on all human resource issues
- Investigates a variety of Human Resources related issues (e.g. EEOC, Wage and Hour,Harassment, ADA, Discrimination,employee disputes, etc.)
