Isaac has both the business and the engineering mindset. He not only had won numerous significant awards in programming throughout college, but also had product and business expertise. In addition to product marketing, he also demonstrated his entrepreneurship skill. Consequently, he was able to run his own IT company for five years, leading a 10~20 people team to develop a scalable mobile App Store server system. The company became the second largest Java solution provider for mobile devices and was merged by a Japanese firm, Aplix corp., in August 2004.
