Issam is the Project Manager / Health & Safety Environmental Manager of the New Condo Development at 150 Main St W. This condo development has been very chaotic and frustrating but Issam has been outstanding in his role. He is the first person I call when I need results. Not only is he dependable and reliable he also has a tremendous amount of respect for everyone that he speaks with whether they are a condo owner, tenant, trades worker or stakeholder. No matter what the issue is Issam is always a calm voice of reason and he has more patience than anyone else I know. Most people would feel overwhelmed being in Issams office for 20 minutes witnessing what he deals with on a daily basis yet he is always composed and courteous no matter whom he is dealing with.
