I am working to develop our innovative Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) system and establish its Manufacturing setup locally. More precisely, my responsibilities are:
• Target cost estimation & Optimization
• Contract negotiation on Technical & procurement aspects with "Technology provider"
• Building up new prospects and collaborations
• Technical Liasoning with commercial R&D units for system improvements
I prefer a business model that can monopolize rather than mere competitive. Obviously, the monopoly option requires long-term future planning & sustaining its resources for a better tomorrow.
