About
Joined Dow in 1982 as a NMR specialist. In 1992 became the SPC/SQC coordinator for the Dow Benelux area under the Quality Performance program. In 1998 joined the Dow Engineering Plastics (EP) business leading the EP rheology team in Terneuzen. In 2002 became Six-Sigma Master Black Belt for the Dow EP business leading the Six Sigma efforts for the business in Europe and the Pacific area. Until April 2009 he was in the MBB role for the Dow Basic Plastics business.
Since September 2009 he is teaching physics at the "Stedelijke Scholengemeenschap 'De Rede'" in Terneuzen.
He has a PhD from the University of Leiden in Physics and Mathematics.
