I am a Senior Project Manager loving agile and agile coaching.
My mission is to coach teams and organizations to use agile as a competitive advantage.
I also manage the multimillion dollar projects involving global teams, busy sponsors, stretch resources and multi vendor environments using PRINCE2 or PMP.
Regardless of the framework, I thrive in an innovative, customer centric environment, and am skilled in articulating a shared vision, navigating ambiguity, building momentum and creating a culture of collaboration.
