I got borned in Salt Lake City while Auggie (that's my dad) was finishing up with the School of Pharmacy at the University of Utah. I was born in Holy Cross Hospital. Doctor Ross.
Lived in Redwood City, CA from '55 or '56 (my memory is fuzzy about the exact dates) and then we moved to Turlock, CA in either '58 or '59. One thing I do remember very clearly---1st grade was in 1960. Lived in Turlock until Auggie decided he didn't like being a pharmacist and wanted to become an attorney.
Back to Salt Lake: '63-'67, then back to Turlock.
