As an analytical, process oriented and with strong communicative skills person I evolved to an implementer of effective business mechanics. The principles that I use find their origin within the Theory of Constraints and Agile. Effective in the sense that it provided higher margins, less costs and higher Net Profit.
Why me/why us? Because I do it, we make it happen. How? By the development of a common understanding of the subject or system and it's goal. With efficient technics we develop the solution and implementation as a team effort.
