I have more than 10 years’ experience in automotive field both manufacturing and aftersales market, warranty and technical handling.
I have gained manufacturing knowledge during I am working with Isuzu motor Thailand.
Then I have gain aftersales knowledge such as dealer operation and other non-technical knowledge during I was working with BMW and also Asian Honda. And also in period of working with Asian Honda I have learn in CSI analysis of J.D power survey result and also TNS survey result, then I have worked with dealer in many countries in order to improved their operation.
In Denso, I have concentrate learned in technical knowledge.
