Responsible for the managing bioinformatics for: 1) Alternative Drug Discovery units, novel groups dedicated to R&D virtualization with external biotechs (until 2012); 2) Infectious Disease Therapeutic Area Unit including HIV, HCV, HPV, antibacterials; 3) Diseases of the Developing World including TB, malaria and kinetoplastid therapeutics and; 4) Head of the Microbiome Matrix Team which is leading the application of human microbiome studies to drug discovery.
