I am an experienced welding inspector, I was a coded welder/fabricator before going in to NDT/NDE, I then did my welding engineering, welding, fabrication & inspection at HNC level at Fife College, before completing CSWIP 3.1 level 2 at the The Welding Institute. I will be doing my senior welding inspector next and plan to do IWE/EWE or material/metallurgical science, I have a genuine interest in both and will look further into career progression depending on longer term work commitments.
