About 20% of my job pertains to appraisal/valuation of high performance "green" commercial real estate. I have manage, review or advise on much of the bank's lending on real estate with LEED, Energy Star and solar PV characteristics. I also speak at conferences/meetings act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on the appraisal of high performance commercial RE.
