Author of two books on Hospital Cost Allocation and Information Technology for the Implementation of a Hospital Computerized Program for Cost Accounting and Financial Results besides many articles published in the field of general management and hospital administration. Retired professor from the Federal University of Pernambuco (1969 to 2004) where participated in the implementation of the Master and Doctoral Program in Administration and the Specialization program in Hospital Administration (1979 to 1984). Now teaching at the graduate and undergrad programs in business administration at the Faculdade Boa Viagem/DeVry Brasil since 2004.
