After spending 8 years in Aerospace industry, went on to join Oil and Gas industry as ROV pilot with Thales Singapore in end of 2001. Move on to management post as ROV Technical Manager employed under Fugro sent to China Offshore Fugro Geosolutions CO Ltd (COFG) in 2007.
COFG is a joint venture between Fugro NV and COSL, head by a General Manager sent from COSL. Despite being a Singaporean Chinese, the work culture in the JV still need lots of getting used to.
