Started the career as a IT service desk in year 2006 and has gone on to experience supporting consumer and presently corporate clients. Working for 4 years on IT industry especially in service desk field is a very rewarding and challenging experience. Throughout those years, one thing that stands out is that a true service desk has got to have a heart in solving complex technical issues.
