I am James and over the course of my life since my teenage years, I have come to realize one thing. I am no longer in shape.
Yep, I lived life. Got married, had kids, stopped being active. I really let myself go. I found myself out of shape, eating junk, unhealthy, unfit!
Then I heard about Team BeachBody products when I ran into someone who was wearing a P90X T-shirt. He told me about and I got really hooked.
