I focus on emerging trends and how to adapt to cater for their challenges. Examples have included introducing Engineering Services Management to construction firms, understanding how Sustainability and Green building will affect construction firms, how to leverage BIM past 3D drafting and for the past 4 years the introduction of "integrated systems" in a builder's contract. I have also done this to better understand the convergence of ICT with the building industry and society for that matter.
