I am an entrepreneur, consultant, educator, and executive coach. The Lean Learning Center has become one of the premium providers of lean transformation education and consulting. In 2006 I co-authored the lean best-seller The Hitchhiker's Guide to Lean: Lessons from the Road. Our educational programs have received the highest marks, particularly our flagship program The Lean Experience, as well as the Kaizen Boot Camp and Leading Lean. Our consulting clients have included Harley-Davidson, Intel, Land O Lakes, Simmons, Mars, Detroit Medical Center and many more. We have worked in manufacturing, healthcare, utilities, government and service industries.
