Increased the visibility of the Dairy Extension Division by improving the research, academic and extension programs. I was responsible for the day-to-day managerial and operational decisions, planning the work program ensuring its adequate resourcing, planning, development and implementation of research, extension and academic programs, training and capacity building of extension personnel and farmers and development of multi-stakeholder partnerships.
