My students have performed better than average on state assessment exams no matter what population because I am able to reach them when I teach them. I listen to students' feedback and use it to evaluate and modify lessons for the best results. Teaching with an inquiry approach brings out students’ natural curiosity and their love of learning science or math. My lessons and activities are designed to facilitate students’ ‘discovery’ of the scientific or mathematical concepts.
