Janudianto is a soil scientist by trainings with soil survey experiences in Indonesia. He works closely on farmers and community livelihoods strategies, management of (traditional) agroforestry system - specialized in improve rubber agroforestry system and agrobiodiversity assessments related in various sites in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi.
He has experiences in community development approach, participatory action research, and gender study.
