Janvier Ngnoulaye has 17 years of experiences in ICT. He has worked in the ICT industry since 1997. His past employers include the Computer Center of the University of Yaounde 1, Internet Services Provider, The Ministry of Higher Education, the Institute for the university digital governance and the Higher Teachers' Training College of the University of Yaounde 1 where he is currently a lecturer in ICT.
He has served in the Board of AFRINIC from 2011 to 2014, where he was part of the Audit and the By-laws committees with various valuable contributions. He has served as the President of ISOC Cameroon Chapter since 2011 till now.
