Call and contact center is my world and life. Building effective structures of contact center is my daily bread and training of best contact center managers is my hobby. I established and developed three big contact centers. Two of them are contact centers with 500 agents and one has now 217 agents. I'm best at training sale agents and managers of outbound contact centers, especially in telecommunication area.
