Operational support for Nike's growing fleet of partner owned mono-brand stores and concession spaces within AUS & NZ. Tasks include:
- Management of a National store operational review program for Partner business, including in store reviews, reporting and action planning with each partner.
- Design and management of service based seasonal training programs for the partner stores
- Lead cross functional teams on all store refurbishments and relocation projects
- Work with 3PL provider to improve delivery accuracy and on time fulfillment
- Manage the customer feedback program for partner stores
