About
Jason is lecturer in HRM and Psychology at Athlone Institute of Technology and director of the executive MBA programme. He is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and CIPD.
He was awarded his PhD from Liverpool John Moores University for research exploring how organisations foster spirituality at work. His research interests include a transpersonal psychological perspective on understanding work and spirituality and the role of spirituality in understanding self-transformation. He also has interests in person organisation (PO) fit theory, constructivist grounded theory, social identity theory (SIT), social cognition and parapsychology.
