Enough respect that you would never do anything on purpose to hurt that person.
When you respect someone, you always take into account how the decisions you make affect that person.
And that includes telling someone to buzz off because you need some time alone to think, sulk or just read.
Humans are inherently selfish but struggle to be selfless. Find the person who irritates you the least and love be tolerant for all the things you may not like about the one you love. Finding more to like about a person than the faults however, makes the loving part so much easier. ~ unknown
