My first program was written on a programmable HP calculator at age 6. Games were my focus, as I worked my way through ZX Spectrums, Commodores, IBM PCs, IBM XTs and finally 鈥淧entiums鈥�. I wrote programs in any language I could get my hands on, it started with Basic, Pascal, Assembler and then C. I also had a keen interest in electronics 鈥� mostly related to HI-FI. In 2000 I completed a post-graduate Electrical Engineering degree at WITS with focus on Computer Science & Telecommunications. Working life started in the Telecommunications industry, where I wrote software for Newbridge/Acatel line cards.
