Attorney Jay F. Fortier received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2002 with a major in history and a minor in philosophy. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from The University of Toledo College of Law (in Toledo, Ohio) in 2005. Before founding his own law firm Jay worked at both a large national law firm and a large national financial advisory firm.
