Jay Vladimir Samar, student of Bicol Regional Science High School. He spent his elementary life in Ligao West Central Elementary School. His father's name is Noel Samar who is serving as Barangay Councilor of Rawis, Legaspi City. His mother is Rogeyn Samar who is an Instructor at Bicol University College of Arts and Letters. He has two siblings, Mao John Carl and Liliosa Rev. He is the middle child of the family. His ambition is to became a lawyer. He believes that life is a matter of discovery. As long as one lives, he continues gain knowledge.
